Q) What is the exact address?
Address is 7401 North Scottsdale Rd, Scottsdale, AZ, 85253 The villa suites are located inside the Resort Villas Community and with walking distance, only 200 yards to Resort Hotel restaurants. This is where you will be enjoying golf, views over Camelback Mountain and top-notch restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch, dinner. The address policy is followed by most famous resorts, where you get your villa number at check-in. This is to protect the privacy for you and your guests while staying on our property. This prevents you from having other people peeking through windows while you are staying at property. We strictly adhere to this policy so you will be in peace staying in property and not having to worry about other people sneaking around trying to take a peek. We also have over $50,000 in valuables in the villa that we have to protect and to prevent break-ins because there are predators out there targeting Vacation Villas. We advertise on all major vacation rental sites and we stay 99% fully occupied. We do not do previews or private tours of property. This is for better time management, security reasons and to protect the privacy for our guests that are staying on our property.

Q) Do you charge per person?
The rate is based on a total rate and may fluctuate depending on number of people staying in the unit. We divide the total amount with the Nr of people (adults and kids are all counted the same) just to give you an idea of how much it will be per person. (Rate proposal & linens provided is based on number of people as agreed). This is checked and is strictly enforced.

Q) Can I change number of people after booking?
It is the responsibility of the Guests to truthfully and respectably notify Agent of the EXACT count of Guests that are going to visit Property at least 2 week prior to arrival - counting all adults, children and infants. Any changes and/or adjustments from original number Guests on original proposal that guest booked and paid for must be notified. Guests understand that if less than anticipated guests will be staying: Only the Linen/Towel/Cleaning fee will be reduced. If the number of guests occupying/visiting Property will be more than anticipated: The rate will be increased by the original booked calculated per person price and the additional per person Linen/Towel/Cleaning fee will also be added (therefore rate per person will not go down by adding more people). Agent and Property care taker’s goal is to make all of our guests happy and by packing in more people guests/family/group will not be happier by getting less space per person and Agent/management/owners want to prevent excess wear and tear on the Property from increased number of people.

Q) Linen/towel/cleaning fees?
A one-time linen, towel and cleaning fee of $30/person is added on to all rentals. This fee goes straight to cleaning persons and to linen/towel/laundry facility.

Q) How long time is the rate quote valid?
We can guarantee the rate for 24 hours but we cannot hold the unit for you without any down payment.

Q) Reservation procedure?
A down payment of $200-$1000 per week is required upon booking depending on the size of the unit. (Additional $300 if Holidays or Special Event).

Q) Cancellation Policy?
Cancellation Policy is stated in the Terms & Conditions provided to you in your proposal or online booking engine. If you are unsure of your travel plans we recommend signing up for travel insurance.

Q) Why is the rate on the website different from what we are offering?
The rate in the ad is a starting rate normally based on a weekly stay and a certain nr of people. Rates vary depending on availability, number of people, and length of stay and if there are any special events going on. Rates also fluctuate like all travel related companies such as airlines and rental cars. But a rule of thumb, the earlier you make your reservation the lower the price.

Q) Why do we charge 3% on their card?
We do not charge you, the merchant does. A 3% administration fee is added to cover Bank Credit Card fees or PayPal transaction fees.

Q) How do we know this is legit?
You have nothing to worry about. We offer better service than most other homer owners and our phones are answered 24 hour a day 7 days a week. Any company accepting credit cards for payments must be legitimate through a careful approval process such as linking up bank account with merchant. So if any person or company tries to defraud a customer the merchant account would be shut down immediately otherwise credit card companies would cease to exist. Therefore accepting credit cards or taking PayPal it is guaranteed to be legitimate. If you pay with a debit, credit card or PayPal account, you as a buyer are insured against any fraud. If you were not given the home as promised you would simply get your money back from your bank. Please do your research and see that fraudsters normally try to get people to send them funds via Western Union or MoneyGram. By using PayPal as a Credit Card Merchant, we are also insured that you are verified and for real, not trying to use someone else's credit/debit card. Additionally you are offered to buy insurance for a nominal fee through a licensed & bonded national insurance company in our proposal that you can take advantage of for a very small nominal fee or you can talk to your own insurance agent to give you peace of mind.

Q) Can we visit and get a tour of unit prior to arrival?
The pictures that are in the proposal are the pictures from the actual unit you are getting. The floor plan also gives you a very good view of the set up. We do not show any unit due to security reasons since we have a lot of valuable in the home and most important we value our guest's privacy and to make sure that no one will visit or disturb any of our guests. Think of it the other way around, when you are staying in the unit you would not like to have people coming to know on your door to have a friend/relative get second peak at the unit or peeking through windows, right? If any potential renter has the address that could and will happen! This is a private property and we value your privacy so this is for you own benefit.

Q) Check-In & Check-Out time?
Check-In is 5PM and Check-Out is 11AM. If we have availability to check you in earlier we will attempt to do so and if there is availability to check-out later we will try to accommodate that but it must be approved at least 48 hours ahead of time and is based on availability.

Q) How do we get access or keys to unit?
Property Manager will check you in personally upon your arrival. After you final payment has been made you will be getting phone number and email address to Property Manager to coordinate bed set-up and arrival time for your check-in.

Yes we provide a starter pack with soap, shampoo, conditioner and toilet paper.

Q) Is it ok for friends to stop by during my stay?
Only Guests registered with Agent may occupy or visit the rented Property. No other Guests are permitted to stay overnight or visit the Property. This is to prevent parties, hangouts or events from taking place on property and to keep the property private and to give all of our guests the privacy that is deserved. The number of occupants cannot be more than the stated amount as mentioned in the reservation confirmation. Agent reserves the right to immediately terminate the contract and retain any and all payments if the amount of persons occupying the Property exceeds that expressed in the reservation confirmation. Only Guests that are listed in the Client’s Information form (that will be sent to guest once final payment is done) are allowed to stay and visit the Property. Should any new Guest(s) desire to visit Property the new visitor need to be approved by the owner or its Agents and registered Guests are fully responsible if this is not followed.

Q) Can I have parties or small event inside unit?
Normal sit down dinner or BBQ with a couple of glasses of wine/beer/drinks are of course allowed for registered guests (no other locals can be invited to visit property without prior approval), but there cannot be any noise that can be heard by neighbours after 10 pm. Also there are absolutely no parties or gatherings allowed anywhere on the premises.

Q) Pool access and pool heat?
By booking with us you get a Discounted Membership at America’s top 10 best Health Club & Spas at Gainey Village Health Club with an Olympic size pool in a tropical outdoor resort setting. Only $17 pp for a daily pass (normally $34). You can also walk to LA Fitness in McCormick Ranch and use the Health Club Facilities and pool for only a $10 per day. Q) Do we charge for babies/toddlers?
Kids or toddlers are counted as the same as adults. But we may be able to deduct the one time linen, towel and cleaning fee. Please E-mail us for a personal quote.

Q) Can we provide crib for babies?
We can arrange with a baby bed "Pack and Play" for $10 per day and a Baby Chair for $10 per day. Let us know by e-mail prior to your arrival if you would like to arrange with that.

We do not offer any shuttle from or to the airport. You will need a rental car to get around. It will be the most efficient and most affordable transportation.

Q) Cleaning service?
We treat you for a mid week touch up during your stay. If you stay for more than 7 nights, a full cleaning is included once a week. If you care for extra cleaning you can contact the cleaning person directly for the additional cleaning, (depending on type of cleaning ordered) approximately $20/hour.

Q) Package Delivery
Once you get checked in and received the property address of where you are staying you can have packages delivered there during your stay, this as long as you are home to receive the package. We are not responsible for any lost package left outside home during or after your stay.
