Really cool two floor space with awesome bedrooms. We were given the option to divide the queen size beds into twins which was perfect for our large group of singles.

Great spot for a large group of golfers on McCormick Ranch.

The owners were very nice in accommodating an early check in and making sure everything in the house was up to date.

We were allowed to check in earlier and check out later with proper communication addressed to Theresa (who was very accommodating by the way).The location has a great set up for large groups and allows for the use of amenities and golf pay (discounted) at the local course. There is a large pool with great local residents there that were very helpful with local attraction. We were a short drive away from Camel back mountain as well for very experienced hikersand 12 mins away from the Day and Night clubs - Pool parties etc.. The place was stocked with goodies and also towels, shampoos, conditioners, and soaps for the whole party. The BBQ and hot tub were a huge hit for everyone.

We will be re-booking for trips in the future.

Great home to stay for a weekend getaway. House is nicely decorated and very clean. Plenty of beds for several guests. They are very quick to respond to emails and the caretaker was very nice and responsive to any questions you have about the home.

We loved staying with Ann and Lars! It was a beautiful home that comfortably slept 11 people. They had so many nice touches for us when we arrived after a long day of travel, and it we loved using the villas pool and the condo's hot tub. We would definitely stay at one of their properties again!

We rented this place for Ironman Arizona because of proximity to Tempe. I had a large group of family and friends come (14 total and 1 toddler). We had more than enough room for each. The listing it's very spacious. All the beds were comfortable. I will rave on the hot tub, because after a 16hrs race, that's all I could think of. Theresa, the caretaker, was quick to respond whether it be by phone, text or email. I highly recommend this rental!

Ann & Lars' place was extremely well suited for a large group and situated right on the McCormack golf course. We took advantage of this location to get downtown with ease and play 18 everyday. The house has plenty of beds to suit even the largest parties, we had 15 ourselves. Each person had plenty of room to sleep comfortably and the home is equipped with lots of seating for hanging out as a group. I would absolutely recommend this villa for anyone coming to Scottsdale!

The host and the property caretaker were very responsive; we felt well taken care of. The property was large and provided enough privacy for all members of our large group. I loved that we were able to specify how we wanted the beds set up before arrival.
