Our Paradise Valley Scottsdale Golf Tennis Lake Resort Villa is the perfect vacation destination for golfers, corporate outings, large family reunions, and groups. It is in the heart of McCormick Ranch Golf Resort, next to Gainey Village, and within walking distance of several restaurants, bars, and shopping. It is also conveniently located between Old Town and Kierland Commons, two of the most popular shopping and dining destinations in Scottsdale.

The living room is spacious and comfortable with a large sectional sofa and a 75-inch Smart TV with Cable TV. The dining room has a table and bar seating up to 16 people. There is also a laundry room with a washer and dryer for your convenience.

There is also a Resort Pool ($30/pp/day pass) for resort guests and including guests staying in our resort villa available only about a pitch shot away from our resort villa.

Our private SPA Patio Lounge offers the perfect place to relax after a day on the golf course, hiking Squaw Peak, at the parks, or in the pool, and flows into the dining area with a fully equipped kitchen featuring state-of-the-art appliances, and a kitchen seating area. The fantastic outdoor back patio offers an outdoor dining table and nice outdoor sofa sitting area, perfect for enjoying breathtaking sunsets overlooking the lake & golf course and only a pitch shot away from the Resort Pool featuring plenty of lounge chairs, a pool area bar, and full-service lake-front restaurant.

As soon as you step inside this villa you will be welcomed by multiple private cozy rooms that will usher you into an elaborate living-dining room area. Spend the day sunbathing in one of the sun loungers, sip on a tropical margarita in the seating area surrounding the pool, or hang out on any of the patios or balconies on the villa and listen to the sounds of your favorite tune with our Alexa/Nest in-villa speaker we provide by connecting to with Bluetooth/Wifi.

Upon entering the ground floor, you will find 2 en-suites with 3 king-sized or up to 6 single beds (your choice) and we can even make 2 extra single daybeds, each with its own ensuite bathroom and SMART TVs. Head on up to the second floor and you will find 3 more en-suites with 5 king beds or up to 10 single beds (your choice) and we can even make 2 extra single daybeds.

Just in case you need a quiet place to work for a bit during your vacation there is also a laptop computer to catch up on some work.

There is a private jacuzzi hot tub pool and a SPA seating area just for you on the back patio (marked as a private pool in amenities). There is also a Resort Pool ($30/pp/day pass) for all resort guests including guests staying in our villa available only about a pitch shot away in the resort.

The location of our Scottsdale Golf Resort Villa is perfect right in between the two Hot Spots in Scottsdale: Kierland/Scottsdale Square and Old Town which is only about 2+ miles away. You can take UberX or Lyft to all the shopping and nightlife for about $8.

You can also walk to LA Fitness in McCormick Ranch in about 10 minutes and use the Health Club Facilities and pool for only $10 per day. There is also one of Arizona's best Health SPA at Gainey Village Health Club with a jr Olympic size lap pool and a top-rated gym.

Next door, there is a great lake front restaurant such as Pinon Grill and Chart House. There also is world-class dining only one block away at Roka Akor (from the restaurant group Zuma in Miami, London, and Dubai) which you must try while in town.
